In the regeneration process,we also apply PVD coatings. Applying a PVD coating to resharpened tools, elements of injection moulds and punches and dies, enables to restore their original performance and extend their life. Recoating is necessary to maintain cutting parameters and the operation periods defined for production lines. It also helps to achieve high durability of the cutting teeth, alleviates chip removal, reduces the friction coefficient and the heat dissipation that is associated with it.

TiN Coating – universal
TiAlN coating – increases the thermal and chemical resistance and stability of cutting edges
AlTiN coating – suitable for high performance cutting (HSC, HPC) and machining hard materials.
TiCN coating – with a low coefficient of friction and hardness. It allows you to work in temperatures up to 400°C.
