History
Trust is built over years
Our company entered the market as early as the 1980s, based on the owners’ family craft traditions. We have since transitioned into a limited partnership, to which we contributed the previously sole proprietorship run by Andrzej Kubicki. We believe in generational synergy in the Management Board and Team – we complement experience and prudence with modernity and innovative solutions based on the latest technologies and trends.
From the very beginning, our production facility has focused on the highest quality standards – and we remain committed to them to this day. The company structure allows for increased investment, continuity of operations and supply, and assurance of maintaining world-class production and customer service standards.
Looking back, we see a series of milestones that have established our current stable market position:
Already in 1991, we expanded our business profile to include the sale of tools from renowned manufacturers – both domestic and foreign. We believed that comprehensive service would significantly improve our Partners’ operations, and we were right. The next step to improve collaboration with Clients was the launch of an online tool wholesale store in 2004, offering an even wider selection of European brands.
In 2010, to achieve even greater growth and expansion, we successfully started the production of special tools.
In 2012, we rebranded our name and logo – from GOSTAR to GOSTAR TOOLS. The more specialized name better reflects the core of our business. At the same time, we improved enterprise management systems and continually expanded our base of Suppliers and product portfolio.
In 2013, we implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 for the design and sale of cutting tools for professional applications. By 2015, we consolidated ISO 9001:2008 quality procedures across all three processes: design, production, and sales.
2016 was dedicated to preparing the company for infrastructure expansion and a change in company status to support international market growth.
In 2017, we contributed the company to a limited partnership (sp. z o.o. sp.k.) to maximize our potential in production and services.
In 2017, we successfully adapted our ISO 9001 procedures to the requirements of the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard and passed the certification audit.
In 2018, we began the challenging process of expanding our facilities with new production and office spaces essential for optimizing services for our growing client base.
In 2019, we moved our headquarters to a more spacious facility.
In 2020, despite the Covid-19 pandemic, we operated stably, fulfilling all commitments to our Clients on time.
In 2021, we continued to deliver reliably to our Clients and made further investments in ecological solutions.

The next step to improve cooperation with Clients was opening an online wholesale store of tools in 2004, with an even richer assortment of European brands.
In 2010, to achieve even fuller development and business expansion, we successfully started producing special tools.
In 2012, we decided to rebrand our name and logo – from GOSTAR to GOSTAR TOOLS. The more specialized nature of the name better reflects the main scope of our business. At the same time, we improved our enterprise management system, continuously expanding our Supplier base and product portfolio.
In 2013, we implemented a quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard in the field of design and sale of cutting tools for professional applications, and by 2015, we consolidated the ISO 9001:2008 quality management procedures for all three processes: design, production, and sale of tools.
2016 was spent preparing the company for planned infrastructure expansion and status change to support further development on international markets.
In 2017, we transferred the company as a contribution to a limited partnership (sp. z o.o. sp.k.) to maximize our potential for even higher production and service levels.
In 2017, we successfully adapted ISO 9001 procedures to meet the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and passed the certification audit.
In 2018, we began the challenging process of expanding the company’s space with new production and office facilities necessary to optimize service for the growing number of partners.
In 2019, we moved the company headquarters to more spacious premises.
In 2020, despite the Covid-19 pandemic, we operated steadily, meeting our commitments to Clients on time.
In 2021, we continued stable delivery to our Clients and made further investments in ecology.
